Garment Conveyors: Features

Track & Frame

• Modular sections for easy installation and/or extensions
• Custom configuration for your unique specifications (multiple shapes, lengths, multi-levels and elevations)
• Floor and/or ceiling mounted
• Cross support 4” fabricated channel
• Frame construction 1-1/2” angle combined with 1-1/4” o.d. zinc plated tubing.
• Standard finish white or black (custom colours available upon request)

Conveyor Chain

• 12” single or double tier steel link with chrome finish, offers 4, 5 or 10 garment slots per link
• Single or dual steel trolleys consists of chrome finish complete with side guide rollers
• Case hardened hinge pins and spacers for minimum wear
• Trolley bearings consist of 1-3/8” o.d. complete with nylon tires on steel cores

Electrical

• All SRS garment conveyors are CSA approved
• Motor ½ h.p. to 1 h.p. totally enclosed fan cooled
• Input 115 volts / 60 hertzs/ 1750 RPM (custom inputs available)
• Inverter drive with the following features
• Soft start / stop

Conveyor Drive Unit

• 3/8” to ½” thick lazer cut steel complete with 1-1/4” dia. Shaft

Standard Hanger

The automatic lubricator is designed to deliver precise oil to the chain pins and wheels. It is pneumatically operated and electrically controlled for complete automatic operation. The unit comes completely equipped with an oil reservoir, air line regulator and guage and PLC controller which is used to program lubrication cycles. Pre-mounted to standard track section.

Conveyor Hanger

To increase the capacity of the trolleys, load bars are recommended, suspended from 2 special attachments.

Reaching Stick

Two ball bearing load wheels with hardened races. Hand push only.

Counter Hook

Four ball bearing load wheels with hardened races. Hand push only.

Dividers

Formed clevis bolted to the chain pendant, provides an easy method to attach a single pendant carrier.
